New York Chocolate Tasting to Benefit LGBT Community Center

NEW YORK (NY) - 2 Chicks with Chocolate and The Chocolate Library cordially invite you to join them for a sweet indulgence tasting of 2 Chicks with Chocolate's delicious chocolate collection on Saturday, March 5th from 12pm-6pm and meet with their chocolatier, Stephanie Vazquez.

Chocolate enthusiasts will be delighted to know that they can both indulge in their love of chocolate and make a positive contribution. Stephanie Vazquez and 2 Chicks with Chocolate will be donating 10% of proceeds to the LGBT Community Center.

2 Chicks with Chocolate is a mother/daughter-owned chocolate company that has been described as "Willy Wonka meets Build-A-Bear meets Sex in the City." Featuring an award-winning chocolatier - most recently Top 10 Chocolatier in America for 2009 by Dessert Professional - the NJ-based company offers artisanal chocolate as well as fun and kitchy chocolate covered items from Stephanie Vazquez, a gifted chocolatier and pastry chef who was trained under renowned Master Chocolatier Patrick Coston.

Vazquez is a 23-year old chocolatier from Long Branch New Jersey, who studied under Patrick Coston for one year. She joined 2 Chicks in October 2009. Vazquez will discuss her design techniques as well her as inspiration for her flavor collections and what's coming next for 2 Chicks.

This is a free event open to the public - Fire and Ice Hot Cocoa and Chocolates will be served!
