PopUps: Justin Bieber's New Tattoo is on His Face

Justin Bieber's tattoo collection has exponentially grown over the years, ranging from ink on his arms to the back of his neck. And there's no sign that the Biebs is going to stop anytime soon.
The "Sorry" singer, who recently shaved off his dreadlocks and now sports a buzzcut, took to Instagram over the weekend and posted a selife. But as fans pointed out, the pic shows Bieber with some new ink - on his face.
"Resting up for the show in Philly it's gonna be a good one mark my words," Bieber wrote.
E! Online reports Bieber and his friend Joe Termini recently went to a tattoo parlor in Manhattan and got matching cross tattoos just below their left eyes. Tattoo artist Jonathan "JonBoy" Valena told the site the new ink is "a representation of his faith in Jesus and his journey with finding purpose in God."
In February, Bieber, 22, opened up about his tattoos with GQ magazine and confessed he'd consider a face tattoo only when he was "really old," like in his "40s or 50s or something." He apparently had a change of heart!
