Is Tom Hardy Your Next James Bond?

The Internet is sparking with rumors that Tom Hardy might be the next actor to play James Bond, the Daily Mail reports.

The next Bond film "No Time To Die" will open later this year and will be Daniel Craig's last appearance as 007. The outlet notes Hardy's name has been considered for the role in the past.

The website The Vulcan Reporter claims Hardy was offered the part in June after a successful audition. Due to the pandemic, the outlet claims the announcement will be made later this year or early next year.

Other actors who have been rumored to play the iconic spy include Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston, and even David Beckham, the Daily Mail notes.

Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, "No Time to Die" was delayed until Nov. 25 due to the pandemic.
