New details have emerged about openly non-binary actor Ezra Miller's karaoke bar arrest for disorderly conduct and harassment in Hilo, Hawaii, including a claim that it was a Lady Gaga song that seemingly set them off.

Reports also revealed that on the same day as that arrest, the "Fantastic Beasts" actor allegedly threatened the couple that paid their bail for that arrest. The couple have obtained a temporary restraining order against Miller, UK newspaper The Independent reported.

The couple allege that Miller "harassed and threatened them," claiming that the star of "The Flash" on TV and in movies stormed into their room and told the man, "I will bury you and your slut wife," according to the Independent.

NBC News reported that Miller "allegedly stole from the room a passport and wallet, which included a social security card, a driver's license and bank cards, according to the petition."

"In the filing, the couple claimed Miller was stalking them and checked off a box saying they believe threats of harassment make it likely future acts of harassment will occur soon," NBC News added.

The couple had put up the money for Miller's $500 bail after the actor's arrest at the bar, according to Hawaii News Now.

Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho told The Associated Press that "police had to escort Miller off a property in Hilo after a resident called police asking for advice about removing two houseguests from his property," NBC News added.

The couple's request for a temporary restraining order was granted, Rolling Stone said.

As previously reported at EDGE, Miller was arrested on March 27 at the Hilo bar after having allegedly "yelled obscenities and become agitated when people began singing karaoke," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

In an additional bit of intelligence, Assistant Chief Quiocho told the press that it was another bar patron's rendition of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's song "Shallow" that seemingly set Miller off, NBC News detailed.

The actor reportedly "grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing and lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts," the NBC News story added.

"The back-to-back arrest and alleged restraining order offense reportedly aren't even the only trouble Miller has gotten into in Hawaii this past month," Rolling Stone relayed, adding that, according to comments made to the AP by Assistant Chief Quiocho, "Miller has been the subject of at least 10 police phone calls in Hilo since March 7."

"Those events, Quiocho noted, were minor, like filming people at a gas station, refusing to leave the sidewalk outside a restaurant, and arguing with people."

Miller has had similar brushes with the law in the past. Wikipedia recalled that in 2011 Miller was cited for disorderly conduct and fined $600 after the vehicle they were in was pulled over and police discovered 20 grams of marijuana.

In 2020, a person alleged to have been Miller appeared in a video shot in Iceland that showed someone seemingly choking a woman and then throwing her to the ground.

"Miller never publicly addressed the video," Rolling Stone noted.
