Looking for a silver fox, a muscle daddy, or a super-sized hookup? Don't be shy about it; you aren't alone.
Pornhub unveiled the results of the past year's searches on the popular site, offering "a variety of results between the genders, sexual orientations, breakdowns of state-by-state search habits," and more.
The site serves the straight and LGBTQ+ communities alike. Among gay users, search terms including the term "mature" skyrocketed in 2023, with "mature cougar" leaping to prominence, while the search term "DILF" – and "muscle DILF" – exploded in popularity, jumping in frequency of use more than 70%.
An appreciation for experience was accompanied by an age-old truism: The size does matter. Pornhub's stats show that size-related terms – "big," "bigger," and "biggest" were nearly twice as popular this year as last, while terms like "huge cock" and "huge dildo" became 67% more frequent.
"On top of all that, the term 'massive' grew by an impressive +91%," Pornhub noted, before adding that graphically precise applications of such terms grew, as well: The frequency of the term "worlds biggest cock," Pornhub relayed, "more than doubled at +102%, and 'biggest cumshot' came out +49% ahead."
In other signs of the times – and perhaps not coincidentally, given the recent fascination with so-called "artificial intelligence" – the porn-seeking public amped up on their searches for "robot" (with searches including that term were up threefold), "android" (with searches using that term were more than 1,600% more frequent), and "sex machine" (with searches using the word "machine" were up 88%), the service noted.
Pornhub cited Dr. Laurie Betito, from its own Sexual Wellness Center, who explained the public's fascination on this point, saying, "Right now, we are seeing a lot about the development of 'sex robots,' so who wouldn't be curious about that?"
