Kristin Chenoweth is set to appear in Netflix rom-com "Our Little Secret" opposite Lindsay Lohan. The Christmas flick evidently will not be another foray by the streamer into LGBTQ+ holiday movies, though. As Variety reported, Lohan and actor Ian Harding play "resentful exes... who are forced to spend Christmas together after discovering their current partners are siblings."

Variety added that "Lohan will reunite with her 'Mean Girls' co-star Tim Meadows, as well as star alongside Jon Rudnitsky, Chris Parnell, Dan Bucatinsky, Henry Czerny, Katie Baker, Ash Santos, Jake Brennan and Brian Unger" – though, the outlet noted, "It's unclear who anyone else is playing in the cast."

Chenoweth may be best known as the Tony-winning Broadway star who originated Glinda in the smash hit musical "Wicked" in 2003. Chenoweth's other Broadway credits include 2010's "Promises, Promises," last year's "Gutenberg! The Musical!" and, among productions, two solo shows: "My Love Letter to Broadway" (2016) and "Kristin Chenoweth: For the Girls" (2019).

The new movie marks the second of two movies Lohan is making with the streamer, Variety noted, the other being the upcoming "Irish Wish," a rom-com in which Lohan's character faces the prospect of seeing her best friend and her longtime crush marry each other, only to be magically transported into an alternate reality where she's the one getting married.

Lohan entered into a two-picture arrangement with the streamer following another holiday rom-com. Variety recalled that "Lohan returned to acting after nearly a decade with Netflix's 'Falling for Christmas,'" a holiday rom-com in which her character is engaged to a man who turns out to be gay. They both find true love thanks to Lohan's character suffering a bout of amnesia.
