Report: Ezra Miller 'Menaced' Mother, 12-Year-Old; Order of Protection Granted

On the heels of reports that the parents of a teenager say Ezra Miller brainwashed their child, another parent has obtained an order of protection from the actor, The Daily Beast reports.

The outlet's report claimed that "The Daily Beast spoke with the alleged victim – a 12-year-old nonbinary child – their mother, and their neighbor, who all described the night 'The Flash' star allegedly menaced them."

After detailing the documents and other evidence the site's reporter had seen, the account described a scene last February 2 in which Miller was present at the home of the family's neighbor. After Miller castigated the child's mother for using a common expression the actor told her was an example of "cultural appropriation," and then screamed at the neighbor for asking him to elaborate on his claim that a board game they were discussing had "Rastafarian roots," Miller seemed to gravitate toward the child, who was 11 at the time.

"I've talked extensively with your child," the article said Miller told the child's mother, "and they have a lot of power to them. At one point, you're going to realize that you don't have any control over them anymore. They're an elevated being, and they would be lucky to have someone like me guide them."

According to the mother and child, The Daily Beast said, "Miller proceeded to turn to the mother, who dresses Goth, and accused her of being a witch and a vampire, repeatedly yelling at her, 'Do you want to drink my blood? Do you!?' "

Miller then turned their attention back to the child, the article relates, "at one point moving their chair closer to them, requesting that they add the actor on Instagram, and telling the child to pursue fashion."

The child told The Daily Beast, "It was really uncomfortable. I was really nervous. I was scared to be around them after he'd yelled at my mother and she was crying."

"The mother and visiting neighbor both believe that Miller may have been 'under the influence' due to their dilated pupils and erratic behavior," the article added.

Miller also made the family "uncomfortable" during a number of subsequent visits, the account relayed, on one occasion making "the child uncomfortable by hugging them and pressing their body closely against them."

As previously reported, in a more recent development Miller has been accused of drugging and brainwashing 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes, with Tokata's parents claiming that Miller subjected their daughter to "cult-like and psychologically manipulative, controlling behavior". The actor's relationship with the teen reportedly started when Tokata was twelve years old.

People Magazine reported that "Lawyer/activist Chase Iron Eyes and his pediatrician wife Sara Jumping Eagle allege in the court filing... that Miller groomed their child from the age of 12 after taking 'an immediate and apparently innocent liking' to them since the actor visited North Dakota's Standing Rock Reservation back in 2016."

The couple recently sought and obtained a court order to keep Miller away from their daughter, but because the locations of both Miller and the teen are unknown, the order cannot be served, reports said.

Tokata posted an Instagram video disputing the claims of brainwashing, but Sara and Chase contend Miller is monitoring and manipulating their daughter, and claiming to have had reason in the past to fear Miller was "perpetuating intimate partner violence" on Tokata.

Reports indicated that Tokata was with Miller in Hawaii, where the actor recently became embroiled in a string of brushes with the law.
